Delivery and transport

Delivery costs will be borne exclusively by the Customer, at the cost indicated at the time of order.

Deliveries are made by courier outside the company, within 2/4 working days from receipt of the advance payment of the products (with the exception of the cash on delivery), furthermore for each purchase the relative number for shipment traceability will be indicated to the Customer. It should be noted that in the event of cash on delivery, € 9.76 will be added to the cost of the service offered upon delivery. Deliveries are made to the address indicated at the time of order by the Customer, who assumes the responsibility of what is indicated, so please ensure that the shipping address is correct and updated, as it is not possible to return the products purchased, at a new address, once they have left. It is also required to indicate a valid phone number in order to facilitate delivery.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning. The order processing times start from the moment the order is accepted and is approximately 24 hours, however this timing may vary, depending on the payment method chosen by the Customer, and based on the period in which the order occurs. order, by way of example and not exhaustive during the period of winter and summer sales, during the national holidays, when the preparation of orders may take more than 72 hours.

Shipments will be made by couriers chosen by spizzicohome.it. Delays in deliveries do not entitle the Customer to refuse delivery of the products, nor to demand compensation or compensation of any kind, therefore spizzicohome.it, which declines all responsibility.

In the event that the delivery cannot be performed, for reasons attributable to the Customer, as the absence of the aforementioned, at the indicated delivery address, the Customer is invited to carefully read the section included in the F.A.Q.
